What Makes this Post Unique

Chartered two years after National Organization was formed. Shown is WWII Glider Pilot, Clinton Riddle who landed in Normandy. He is one of the last surviving Glider Pilots in his unit and has participated in the 2014 70th Year Celebration.  Clint makes an annual trip back to each year, in 2018 when he took the trip, he fell and had to have a total hip replacement while there.  For 2019 he will leave on June 2 and return on June 6.   Clint celebrated his 98th birthday in February 2019.  Our local hero Clint passed away on December 3, 2019
