This monument was dedicated on November 13, 1927. It is located at the Veterans Memorial on the northeast corner of the old courthouse square. A stairway leads from the street level on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Poplar Street straight to the base of the memorial.
1980 The Veterans' Memorial monument stands in the upper center of this picture in front of the old Washington County Courthouse.
