California Legion members host seaside ceremony honor the fallen on Memorial Day

Overlooking the Pacific Ocean at Pier Plaza in Huntington Beach, Calif., American Legion Post 133 remembered those who paid the ultimate sacrifice during their 2025 Memorial Day Ceremony. During the ceremony, the names of service members from Huntington Beach who never came home were read one by one as the ceremony emcee, retired Army Lt. Col. and Post 133 Commander Dr. Jim Ghormley solemnly replied "no answer."
