Members were surprised to see State Commander Hugh Holmes at our legion meeting in April. He passed on information about what is happening in the state and took questions from the members about different problems.
This is the first time a State Commander has ever visited the Delmont Legion Post since the post opened in 1930. We did have the State Vice Commander Spardell in Delmont for the opening of the Legion Post in 1930.
