The 15th meeting of the Post was held November 2017 at Cruzin Reubenz.  The Post committed to 9th grader Soultana Kotrides to donate Christmas toys collected to her project of providing toys to children hospitalized for the Holidays.  Member Jack Clay offered to donate one hundred Beany Babies to the project.  The Post has great food collection for Thanksgiving and delivered the items to the Belair Methodist Food Bank.  US Flags and wreaths were placed on Veterans’ grave sites for Veterans Day.  November 17th the Post and Faith Presbyterian Church held a dedication ceremony for the stone grave markers and flag pole which are part of the Old Six Mile Cemetery restoration.  The Post was presented a plaque by Larry Handelman, chairman of the Faith Presbyterian Church Cemetery Committee in appreciation for the work the Post did in restoring the cemetery grounds. The Post had a great representation at the 1st Annual Veteran’s Ball sponsored by the Lancaster County Veterans Affair Office.
