The 11th meeting of the Post was held July 2017 at Cruzin Reubenz.  The guest speaker retired School Superintendant Bennett Gunter spoke about the History of Indian Land.  Commander Jerry Marcus presented American Legion pins to Vice Commander Roger Phillips and Chaplin Marvin Gallaway for helping in the organization of Post 250.  Contributions were made for the purchase of our Post flags.  Dottie Steele and her daughter Diane, contributed in honor of, their husband and father, John L. Steele,  US Army 1942–1945, WWII.   Connie chick contributed in honor of her father, Robert Meinhard, CPO 2nd Class, US Navy, 1942-1945, WWII.  Sherry Reese is the American Flag, in honor of her father, Kenneth S. Yingling was held, 1st Sgt., US Army, 42 years, WWII. The Post podium was donated by Jim Reese in memory of his father Ralph R.  Reese, SFC, US Army, Silver Star, WWII.
