6th Meeting of Poat.

The 6th meeting of the Post was held February 2017 at Cruzin Reubenz this was a social event celebrating Valentine’s Day.   Announced at the meeting were the recipients of the Post Persons of the Year.  Certificate of Citizenship Eagle Scout Jack Charles Boggs. Certificate of Appreciation to the Buford Elementary Class of Teacher Neely S. Crawford for writing Christmas cards to the area Veterans.  Law Enforcement Officer of the Year Deputy Sheriff Torry J Murphy,  Post Legionnaire of the Year William Chick.  Traffic Safety Officer Deputy Sheriff Michael Brent Williams, Teacher of the Year Kailee Ann Rose,  Community Officer of the Year Deputy Sheriff Bill Murphy,  Awards from the District Commander Post commander of the Year Jerry Marcus,  Adjutant of the Year William Chick. At the District meeting January 28th the Post was recognized for achieving 220% of our membership goal for the year.
