A request was made to Bateman Gallagher Post 668 located in Wayne PA from First Sgt Johnnie Walker Jr to assemble
a number of care packages for a deployed group of Service Members.
The care packages needed to contain personal health items, hand wipes, candy, cookies, crackers, health bars and a book.
Our members went out and collected enough items to fill 13 care packages. The 14th package contained
an American Flag with a request to fly it over the base/camp for a day, take a photo with the members and the flag
and return both to our Post to be framed and placed on our Wall of Honor.
