This meal was a special supper to celebrate the Post's 85th birthday. George Raasakka and Virg Manning were honored for 50 years of membership. Others honored, but not at the supper, were Ted Boe, Jim Gailfus, Duane Herrala, Sayles Johnston, Harold Juntunen, William Juntunen and Calvin Leftwich.

Upon transferring her membership to Unit 235 Carrie was elected unit secretary. Lynn Tomlinson was first elected Department Historian in 2013-14. The Department History for 2013-14 was awarded National's Toomey Award for best overall history. She continued to serve as Historian through 2016-2017. The 2015-16 and 2016-17 Department Histories were also awarded the Toomey Award.
