Founder and Osteopath S. Wallace Hoffman enlists in the Army

At this time in Army medical history, the practice of osteopathic procedure was not recognized by the Army medical corps. Denied a commision, Mr Hoffman enlists in the Army and subsequently becomes one of our founding members.
