Commander Edward Bertrand, center of banner prepares to lead off the Department Parade. Held on Friday afternoon July 10th. during the 91st Annual Department Convention, in Buffalo July 9 - 11, 2009. All ten districts were present with their full allotment of counties. The parade was through downtown Buffalo and just over an hour long, and all marchers paraded for just under a mile in length.
