In December of 2013 post members Armand Basualdo and Robert Bruce Land were appointed to the Cumberland County Veterans’ Commission. Their appointment was solidified by the Cumberland County Board of Chosen Freeholders on February 25, 2014 via the adoption of Resolution 2014-115.
Commission members assist the Director of Veterans Services with executing formal ceremonies, reviewing interment data, designing and implementing various initiatives, conducting outreach, and providing services to the roughly 9,000 veterans that reside in Cumberland County. Members are appointed by the Cumberland County Board of Chosen Freeholders.
