As the result of a motion passed at the May 2, 2013 meeting, a 3 year lease has was signed for 1,750 sq. ft. on the first floor of 24 Franklin Ave. effective June 1, 2013 and shortly after that Ken Ackerman of Squadron 70 designed a bar and back-bar storage unit which he and Al Dubey of Post 70 constructed. Additional members of the Post and Auxiliary assisted Ken and Al by cleaning, painting, making minor repairs, moving our property to the new site and decorating. A final inspection which resulted in a Certificate of Occupancy was conducted on Sept. 13, 2013.
