The Election of the First Department Commander from Middlesex County in the person of Past County Commander Joseph H. Edgar was tone of the highlights. Joe was Elected Department Commander at Camden NJ in September 1932
Another important innovation was the All Day County Convention at Spotswood NJ with a Parade Junior Baseball Game Drum and Bugle Contest.
Membership was Outstanding and Child Welfare ruled the Day.
County Membership rose to 1895 members. A new Post was instituted at South River NJ.
