The year was tough with a large fight to keep Clarksboro Billets an Orphanage in Middlesex County open. When National Headquarters decided to Abandon the Clarksboro Billets' Middlesex County made a vigorous fight against the closure and it's Officers went to Chicago to Protest National Commander Howard Savage against Abandonment of the Billets. Middlesex County made a comprehensive survey to locate proper Foster Homes for Veterans Orphan Children with excellent results.
