Edward Lewis was the new commander; William Metcalf, senior vice commander; Andrew R. Santoro, junior vice commander; Rev. James Childs, chaplain; William Cox, historian; Arthur Carter, laison officer; James Merola, sergeant at arms; Raymond T. Lykes, finance officer; William Cox, assistant finance officer.
