To our knowledge there are 3 Legion Posts, who have carried their Post Colors at every National Convention Parade, since their Chartering in 1920. The three Posts include Marion Post 298 or Marion, Iowa, Rantoul Post 287 of Rantoul, Illinois, and Dick Munkres Post 287 of Savannah, Missouri. Post 287 Commander Rusty Chester and Post 287 Adjutant Terry Beasley attended the 2019 National Convention Parade held in Indianapolis, Indiana. Post 287 of Savannah, also connected with the Iowa and Illinois Posts to get some pictures prior to their marching in the parade.
