May 2, 2007 (Cmdr. Brian Stackhouse and Adj. Craig Curnutt) --- Guest Present: Legionnaire Roger Latham, Andrew County Emergency Management Coordinator --- Adjutant Craig Curnutt reported that the Steak Fry had 40 persons attend and made $324.00. The next Pancake Breakfast is set for May 12th. --- Post Service Officer Mike Feurt reported that he has assisted several area veterans with the V.A. --- The Andrew County Museum has contacted the Post about taking possession of the Model T. Will deliver first part of June 2007. --- Will have the jeep in the Apple Blossom Parade, May 5th. --- Memorial Day activities will commence with setting out flags at 0600, set-up chairs at cemetery and rehearsal after flags set-up, be at the Square at 0900, and Parade starts at 0930. Hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be served at the Post after the ceremony. --- State of Missouri Vietnam War Medallion Program Application forms will be at the cemetery on Memorial Day and at the Post afterwards. --- Commander Stackhouse will set-up a nominating committee for new offices in June. ***
