Annual American Legion Post 216 Fred Kowal Memorial SAL golf outing was held in August, made up of two men or women teams this was a Legion family function. Winners of the 2014 Fred Kowal golf outing was. Funds from Fundraiser went to the Child Welfare Fund.$3,046.00 was raised for the Child Welfare fund in 2014.
