Harley "Butch" Maxwell became SAL Detachment Commander for the 2014 - 2015 year. His special project is making people aware of PTSD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Also, to help in trying to get this changed from Disorder to an injury. In doing this veterans will be able to get the help they need to cope with trying to live a normal life.
