Members from the Post 216 family went to Milford Memorial Cemetery, Oak Grove Cemetery, St. Mary's Cemetery and Highland Memorial Cemetery to place a American flag on each veteran headstone. Once the flags were out a few of the members went to the post namesake, Ernest F. Oldenburg, and placed a wreath and a flag at his headstone. A prayer of Thanks was given. Members that took part in were: Sr. Vice Norm Tibbs, Jr. Vice Billy Colegrove, Sergeant-At-Arms Matt Tibbs, ALR Director Paul Kolleda, Auxiliary President Cathy Merritt, Auxiliary and ALR member Liz Kolleda.
