As you enter the Ernest F. Oldenburg Post 216 you may have noticed a small table in a place of honor. It is set for one. This table is our way of symbolizing the fact that members of our profession of arms are missing from our midst. They are commonly called POW'S/MIA'S,we call them "Brothers". They are unable to be with us this evening and so we remember them.
At General Membership meeting in April POW/MIA Ceremony was performed by Legion Riders 216,Director Paul Kolleda read thru the Ceremony, as various Riders brought forth items, one by one,to assemble the table and its settings.POW/MIA Table was placed at bottom of staircase as you enter east doors of the building leading to the club room.POW/MIA was Donated to the post by the ALR 216.
