The exterior of the Legion Hall was Painted for the first time in over 20 years; this greatly improved the appearance of the Hall and created ambitions to improve the interior, and in June extensive work was started in renovating inside. This included the instillation of running water and toilets, painting, papering, remodeling, and paneling both the upstairs club room,the basement dug-out as well as the main hall.
