Permanent Charter issued to Post 61 adding Joseph J. Smith

On January, 12, 1946, a permanent charter was issued to Post 61 (adding Joseph J. Smith) in the name of "Ibell - Jacobson - Smith" by National Headquarters to replace permanent charter dated March 24, 1921 due to change of name formally requested by Post and approved by Department.
