The Post operated out of many buildings over the years with promises of land and opportunities that for one reason or another fell through. The Post finally purchased a building in 1943 that was an NCO from the US Army who had a large presence in Seward during WWII. The sale was the beginning of what we are today and a $500.00 exchange got us going and we still have the building and we just continue to improve our Post Home!
