First Elected Post 99 Commander August 29th, 1926, re-elected in 1927. Later, elected twice as District Commander, Area Commander at Gadsden, was the first of five commanders-at-large in July 1932 and elected as Fourteenth (14th) Alabama Department Commander, August 8th, 1932
