Foley Fire Chief Joe Bouzan said Sunday the fire that destroyed the American Legion Post 99 building was still under investigation until the exact cause had been determined. Fire officials believe the cause "appears to be" electrical, adding "it looks like it started in the attic. The smoke from the fire slowed traffic to a crawl Saturday afternoon on Highway 59.
