Baldwin Post 99 served the Foley and Baldwin County area during World War II as the local USO (United Service Organization) during the 1940's (1941-1945). It is unknown how many service men and women attended activities at the Baldwin Post on East Laurel Street, the first home of Baldwin Post 99.
