Post #287 has the disposal of damaged Flags done in front of the old American Legion White House with a ceremony with the Chaplain and Commander giving a speech. The Community of Mattoon comes out to sit on fold up chairs to watch. All flags to be disposed is counted and set up so the ceremony goes smoothly and with respect.
