At 7PM, the 2nd Christmas Parade in Mattoon, Wisconsin was led by John Owens American Legion Post #287. At the end of the parade, the community met next to the school to light up the town's Christmas Tree, congregate and drink Hot Chocolate with a community bakery sale. The greatest accomplishment here is that the Community though small, with the help of the Legion, is a active community for it's citizens and children.
