The Post first membership meeting was held at the Plymouth library and called to order by Allan R. Wade at 7:45 PM. The first order of business was the election of officers. The following were elected;

Commander Wayne E. Vesey, Vice Commander Elwood Bade, Adjutant Alfred Lautenbach, Finance Officer Otto Wick, Historian George Mooney, Master at Arms William Zinkgraf and Chaplain Burke Ponder.

Next order of business was to appoint a committee construct the Post Constitution and By-Laws. The committee; George Monney, Otto Wick and Edgar Kallenberg

Next order of business was to form a Dance Committee in order to raise funds. The committee; William Zinkgraf, Walter Matzdorf and Rudolph Donath.

The meeting was adjourned and reconveined on April 15th.
