Commander Walker opened the meeting at 7:30 pm
Sergeant-at-Arms Kevin Lindsey introduced guests. 4th District Commander, Frank Sterling and District Vice-Commander, Kevin Robinson were escorted forward.
Minutes of May 11, 2018 approved as posted on website.
Motion made, seconded and passed to waive regular business and proceed with installation of officers for 2018-2019 Legion year. Copies of written membership and finance reports are attached. Membership is 194/226, 85.84% and current checking balance is $1,364.13
4th District Commander, Frank Sterling, installed the following officers for the 2018-2019 Legion year:

o 1st Vice-Commander, Bob Nakamura
o 2nd Vice-Commander, Larry Douglas
o Adjutant, Larry Granish
o Finance Officer, Dave Hodgeboom

Good of the Legion:
· Karen Grundler reported that $1150 was received for poppies.
· 4th District Vice-Commander, Kevin Robinson thanked the post and recognized post for it participation throughout the community. He also recognized the post for their efforts and Memorial Day Ceremony at Woodlawn.
· 4th District Commander, Frank Sterling, thanked post for its support over the past year and emphasized how he and Patsy are always welcome and feel they are part of the Post 94 family.
There being no further business, Commander Walker closed the meeting at 8:30.
