The American Legion Greater Gig Harbor Post in a joint program with the Veteran's of Foreign Wars Herman Uddenberg, Post 1854, Peninsula Veterans Color & Honor Guard, St. Nicholas Knights of Columbus Council 9238 and the Boy Scouts Troop 212. Every year the Legion and VFW take turns being the Master of Ceremonies. This year it belongs to the Legion.
