On this date, a gathering of Veterans provided military honors for those who have not received their honors at Tahoma National Cemetery. This program is a special Saturday program. Members of the Peninsula Veterans Color and Honor Guard (PVCHG) are made up members from Legion Post 236 Gig Harbor, Post 109 Silverdale, VFW Post 1854 Gig Harbor and several other VFW Post. The dedication of these Veterans cannot be overstated. PVCHG provides military honors once a month at Tahoma National Cemetery and joins a small group of Veterans to provide honors.
