Offered use of the building to the Boy Scouts. Paid $100 for a lighted sign with the American Legion logo for the front of the building. Mr. Davis & Mrs. Stone raised money for a Post Legion Sign installed by Lloyd Willey Jr. And George Hales. The flag pole was also installed. Voted to reactivate SAL Charter. Motion made to contact Mr. Williams for loan. The Post also held a Homecoming for National Commander Dan Daniels. A report of the playground progress mentioned tennis courts. Supported Tuberculosis Association. Sent a letter to the Westmoreland Court to appoint Trustees to hold title of lots 49 & 50 in the F. D.
