Born: Feb 27, 1966 in Worcester, Mass. The only daughter and youngest child of Richard and Dorothy Bigwood.
Graduated June 1, 1984 from Asante Valley Regional Vocational HS. Worked in a pewter factory in Hudson, Ma.
Joined the Army NG April 1989, basic training Fort Jackson, SC, AIT Fort Lee, VA in water purification 77W MOS.
Honorable discharge March 4,1991. Moved to Vermont 1993 with her son Andrew.
Alison currently serves the residents of Westminster Vermont as their Town Clerk.
She has served in many active committees and offices of post #37, as well as the Department of Vermont.
