Victor Joseph Altobell

Born in Rutland, he graduated from Mt. St. Joseph’s Academy and Rutland Junior College.
Korean War Veteran of the US Army.
He owned and operated Altobell’s Market for many years and in later years he was a salesman for Jerry’s Nissan Auto.
He was a member of Christ the King Church, Rutland Italian Club and Eagles Club.
Commander of Post #31 2003-2005.
He was a long time member of the Colorguard and performed a lot of funeral honors while playing taps.
He died of a heart attack in 2007 and services were performed at Christ the King Church. No burial site was mentioned.
