Michael Timothy Stanley

Born in Rutland, he graduated from Christ The King school and Mount St Joseph’s Academy in 1965. He was an accomplished basketball player.
He enlisted in the Army 1966-68 Vietnam War. He was a supply Sgt for the 19th Light Infantry Brigade.
Post #31 Commander 1982-1985. He was known for his talent as a bugler and took great pride in honoring the area veterans at their military funerals.
He was a County and District Commander
1990 VFW Commander
25 years Postal employee.
He died 2017 and is buried at Calvary Cemetery.
