Born in Fairhaven,VT; Graduated from Fairhaven HS.
Joined the Navy 4/11/1944-10/7/1946 WWII veteran. He was a diesel mechanic serving in the Panama Canal region. Rank E6.
He was a postal mail carrier in Rutland.
Member of the Rutland DAV,VFW, Past President of the Rutland Veterans Council.
Past Post #31 Commander 1959-60.
He died in 1965 of left lung cancer with metastasis. He is buried in the Cedar Grove Cemetery in Fairhaven.
