National Commander Michael Helm crreeated a national campaign to place a spotlight on a growing number of veterans. Women Veterans have been a part of The American Legion since 1919.However, in 2015 the numbers have grown to 22% in the military ranks. He is seen in the video with Nat. Membership Chairman Denis Rohan, who would become National Commander in 2017.
