Paul was a tremendous advocate for POW/MIA's, he wore a metal bracelet on his wrist remembering a Airforce buddy, Brennan, that was sent to Korea , while Paul was stationed state side. He waited a life time for his return.
Paul acquired the Vermont American Legion History on microfiche from Dept Commander Linda Thayer. He researched the history of every post, past and present. He often provided monthly bulletins to discuss their history. This is amazing feat with archaic computer capabilities in the late 80's to 90's. He was a great reference for what we were all about.
Died September 21,2015 buried at the Vermont Veterans cemetery, Randolph, VT
