Dave Garland born In Cambridge, Mass in 1939.But was raised all his life in Westminster, VT and Graduated from Bellows Falls Union High School.
Entered US Navy in 1959. Aviation mechanic 3rd class anti-submarine squadron. Stationed in Annapolis, MD at Quonset Point, Rhode Island Caribbean, North Atlantic; Returned to Ludlow, Vt 1963.
