James Brouillette was born August 3,1928 in St. Albans. 

US Army 1950-52 Korean War. MSgt graduated from Army Leadership school.

38 years Human Resource Manager for Union Carbine in St. Albans.

Life member and two time Commander of Green Mountain Post #1. Funeral Honors.

District, Area and Vice Commander , Membership Chairman, Pow/MIA Chairman;Scholarship Comm; 

Department Commander 1986-87

National Vice Commander 1991-92

ANAVICUS board member, National Americanism Commission. 

Two terms Vt House of Representatives 

Trustee Vermont Veterans Home 

Directror Blue Cross/Blue Shield Vt

Kerbs Hospital Board of Directors 

VFW, Knights of Columbus, Volunteers for Meals on Wheels and Northwestern Medical Center, coached girls softball. 

He died October 1, 2019 and is buried at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, St Albans, Vt. Age 91. 

Jim was dignified leader for community, state and nation.
