J. Howard O'Neill: Born April 17, 1987 in New York. Graduate of Dunstains University on Prince Edward Island.
Servced in the Army's 91st Sanitary Squad 8/29/1918-1/28/1919.
Moved to Burlington Vt as a child and served as an altarboy Holy Name Society of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. His faith continued to be a large part of his life.
