Cdr. Lester Edmund RICHWAGEN, (1900 - 1976) our 16th post commander (1934) was born 6 July 1900 in Needham, Norfolk Cty., MA. He attended Norwich for one year and graduated in the Dartmouth Class of 1923. He was assistant editor of the Barre Daily Times in 1930 and probably through 1940. He was appointed state industrial agent in 1941 and was superintendent of the Mary Fletcher Hospital in Burlington in 1945. He died 10 April 1976 in Burlington, VT.
