GEORGE OGELVIE PRATT, JR. (1893-1958), fifth commander (1923), enrolled in the US Navy on 7 May 1918, and trained at the Navy Training Camp, Pelham Bay Park, NY until 27 June 1918 and Naval Training Station in Newport, Rhode Island to 11 November 1918. He was Seaman 2nd Class and Gunners Mate third class. He is buried in Section F-1, Elmwood Cemetery.
