Turnbow-Higgs American Legion Post 240 Honor Guard traveled to St. Johns Cemetery in Priddy, TX on Monday June 28th to present Military Funeral Honors at the graveside service of Legionnaire and WWII Army Veteran William Louis Koenig, age 96, a recipient of (2) Bronze Star Medals awarded for his Pacific war theatre actions as a member of The 158 Bushmasters regiment. Mission accomplished soldier! Rest In Peace!
