Turnbow-Higgs American Legion Auxiliary Unit 240 President Francine Pratt in her opening remarks congratulated 2018 President, Julie Littlefield for her outstanding leadership during her term in office. She also exchanged gifts with Division 4 Auxiliary President, Rachael Watson, and expressed her gratitude for the outstanding leadership Rachael has exhibited during her time as District President, TEXALPA and other, American Legion department positions she has held. A devoted and active member of Auxiliary Unit since 2005, Francine’s experience and leadership will be a definite asset to Auxiliary Unit & Post 240 in pursuit of their Centennial Year goals.
