Police Lieutenant Patsy Williams has been named Texas Law Enforcement Officer the Year by the American Legion Department of Texas at Austin. Lt. Williams was recommended by Parker County Sheriff Ben Whiteman and nominated for the honor by American Legion Post 163 at the annual Law and Order Awards ceremony last April.
