American Legion Family for more than 100 years. Joint meal shared during our meetings on May 9 included members of Post 72, Unit 72 Auxilary, and Riders Chapter 72 (Working on our Sons of The American Legion!!). Got a chance to meet our Boys and Girls State Candidates (minus 1) before they depart for their scheduled programs start dates in a few weeks. TN Boys State has been an Amercian Legion program since 1939, Volunteer Girls State program started in 1947. Both Programs supported by the American Legion Family still going strong today.
